The PBC Practice Group of Tampa Bay has weekly practice on Thursday nights  at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa and also has monthly practice on the 3rd Saturday of the month at Virya Yoga & Therapies. 

Our practice consists of recitation of the Heart Sutra and 100 Syllable Vajrasattva mantra, and silent meditation.  Please allow yourself some time to get in and get settled before we begin.  Please bring a cushion. (There are some chairs for those who cannot sit on the floor.)
